Thanks for the nice memorial for Paiju. I remember writing you a letter of introduction to convince you to send a puppy to Alaska for Tom and I. I remember requesting and expecting a girl puppy, but have never had a moment of disappointment that you sent Paiju instead! It is so amazing how a puppy bonds to whoever feeds them, loves them and shares their life with them, and over time becomes a once in a lifetime, unique companion. Thank you for choosing the best first Samoyed for me!

Thanks for sharing! I think Paiju got the right home. You were very blessed to have him for so many years. He is very special. Love you Paiju!

I enjoyed the Facebook posts of Paiju’s daily exploits. No matter how lousy I might be feeling, seeing his picture and reading about that day’s adventures perked me right up. Paiju is very much missed, even by those of us who have never met him!

I have NO idea how my last name became “carrading”….it’s Carradine. I was also being forced to use some weird URL that wasn’t mine, either, but managed to override that!

Hugs to you for all your care and understanding of the breed and helping Paiju find a meaningful job. So very sorry I won’t be able to hug him……………….

Thanks, everyone! I sure am lucky that this amazing Samoyed was my companion for so long. I guess it took him extra time to train a novice Samoyed person….
